Mis. Anastasia Sayegh

Anastasia Sayegh  is the founder of Process Excellence Systems - Middle East Office -.

 She is a Certified Lean Master and is also a Master Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) through the Villanova University in the US.

She is a lecturer and keynote speaker at several universities and conferences on subjects related to Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement in Healthcare and other industries.

Ms. Sayegh is also the co-author of the “Roadmap for the Lean Hospital” book, with the principles of Leonardo Group Americas, her new partners.

 Anastasia has held positions and completed assignments at BTS Sydney as well as different Lebanese hospitals. Where she spent long time training Healthcare professionals while managing Medical products and supplies.

Her focus is to develop problem solver thinkers who are self-reliant in deploying Lean throughout their organizations.

The ROI from lean projects conducted by professionals who went through her certification process is in excess of one million dollars in real savings in less than a year.
